VFlowPro records operational changes across the platform: the action, record, recorded user or system process, timestamp and—where they are captured—previous and new field values. System, application and subsidiary administrators access the audit trail from their portal context.
Entries are read-only through the application, including for administrators. This gives teams a stable account of recorded activity, while integrity verification provides a separate check of the protected portion of the history.

Each new audit entry is linked to the history that came before it. Integrity verification can report changes to hashed content, broken predecessor links and concurrent-write forks—while the audit area presents the current integrity status.
The audit area makes the latest integrity status clear, including when verification has not yet been completed. Use the trail to review activity in VFlowPro, and export filtered history when it needs to be reviewed elsewhere.
